Rectangular in plan, this small complex that served as the seat of the Italian consulate is accessible from the outside via a small rectangular vestibule opening onto a courtyard with three galleries opening onto rooms. The western part of the monument is occupied by a large, elongated, irregularly shaped room, probably a warehouse, and by a corridor acting as an entrance hall allowing access to the upper floors. These two spaces are only accessible from the outside and do not communicate with the rest of the building.
